Stephanie Lan

Stephanie Lan is an accomplished professional in food safety and quality management, currently serving as the Global Food Product and Supplier Development Lead at Sodexo since January 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as the Food Safety and Quality Manager for the EMEA region at Starbucks, where responsibilities included implementing the food safety strategy for the beverage category. Stephanie's experience also includes serving as Quality & Food Safety Transition Manager at Danone, leading quality strategies within the Waters and Beverage sectors, and holding the position of Technical Manager at Tesco PLC, where oversight of multiple product categories was crucial. Earlier work as a Quality Supervisor at Thon des Mascareignes Ltée involved developing quality management systems and managing customer complaints. Stephanie holds an MSc in Food Technology - Quality Assurance from the University of Reading and a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition from King's College London.
