Habibou M'baye has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2006 and continuing to the present. In 2006, they worked at Valeo as a Lean Management professional for six months. In 2008, they worked at Faurecia as a Production Lean Manager for a year. In 2009, they joined Webhelp as a Key Account Manager and remained in that role until 2013. In 2013, they founded their own company, SOFTCORNER, where they served as Founder and CEO. In 2018, they also became a Member of the Board of Directors at Free ICT Europe Foundation. Habibou M'baye is a pioneer in the resale of software licenses in Europe and has created innovative solutions, such as the leading marketplace Softcorner and the software asset valuation system QUOTUS.

Habibou M'baye's education history includes an Engineer's degree achieved from UTBM, where they studied Industrial & process management. They also attended ESCP Business School for a brief period in 2013, studying Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies under the Paris Factory 7 program.
