Amit Sharma

Amit Sharma currently serves as the Customer Experience Manager at DishTV, leading revenue growth marketing and customer engagement since December 2021. Concurrently, Amit has been an Operations Manager at Softenger since May 2019, overseeing POS application development and subscription engine operations, focusing on functionality testing and performance improvements. Previously, from February 2013 to May 2019, Amit held the position of Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited, where responsibilities included evaluating new partnerships and products. Experience also includes serving as Territory Manager at Aircel from July 2011 to October 2012, managing territory store operations, and as Customer Relations Manager at Bharti Airtel from January 2008 to June 2011, enhancing customer experiences at the Airtel Relationship Center. Amit holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, completed in 2005.
