Vernisa Rejhan serves as the Talent and Performance Manager at Softhouse Consulting and has held several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Softhouse Balkans doo, where responsibilities encompassed overall operations to enhance customer satisfaction and employee fulfillment.
