Daniela Serra

Daniela Serra is a Software QA Tester at Softinsa since April 2021, responsible for planning and designing test cases, developing tests, managing test cases on Jira, and producing test reports. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Intelligence Consultant and Oracle Database Developer, where responsibilities ranged from data validation and analysis to database planning and development. Daniela also worked as a Front-end Developer at Noop, where PHP Laravel was utilized for project development. Academic credentials include a Licentiate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Instituto Politécnico de Tomar and a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.
