Indika Bamunusinghe

Indika Bamunusinghe holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management and Human Resource Management from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia. His experience spans over a period of twelve years in insurance and retail sectors in Sri Lanka, Australia and Hong Kong. Prior to joining Softlogic Life, he worked at AIA Insurance. During his tenure he has held a regional role in talent management where he was strategically involved in identifying key successors and developing leadership at AIA group office in Hong Kong. Indika has actively contributed to many projects and missions in areas of organizational development, talent management and leadership development in several countries.
