Olha Yakymchuk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and legal roles. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at SoftServe since October 2020, Olha has a proven track record in sourcing and assessing candidates, as well as preparing HR policies. Previously, at T-Style Ltd., Olha held the position of Senior In-house Lawyer, where responsibilities included supervising junior colleagues, managing legal support for the business entity, resolving legal and tax issues, and participating in legal negotiations.
