Kamila Giec has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kamila currently works as a Project Manager at Software Mansion since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Owner at HTD Health from April 2021 to December 2021. From March 2020 to March 2021, Kamila worked as a UXUI Designer as a freelancer. Kamila also has experience as an English Language Teacher, working at Inspiro Language Academy from March 2019 to August 2019, and as a self-employed English Language Teacher from January 2019 to February 2020. Additionally, they have worked as a Junior Screening Specialist at Capita from September 2017 to February 2018, an English Teacher at Helen Doron from July 2015 to June 2017, and as a Quality Communications Intern at G2A.COM in July 2016.
Kamila Giec earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Kanban System Design from Kanban University in January 2023, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in November 2021, Product Discovery Practicioner Certificate from ProductDiscovery.pro in June 2021, UI Design Patterns for Successful Software, Become a UX Designer from Scratch, and User Experience: The Beginner's Guide from Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in May 2020 and April 2020 respectively, and Certificate in Advanced English - Score 203 from Cambridge Assessment English in March 2015.

We have extensive experience in building modern multimedia solutions and offer consulting & development services in, among others, the following areas: audio/video real-time streaming and processing, mass storage, performance, and scalability. In most of our projects, we use React, React Native, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, and Elixir — but we do not like to limit ourselves. We also contribute to the open-source community. We are the co-creators of React Native and we are the ones behind such libraries as React Native Reanimated or React Native Gesture Handler
