John Taylor

John Taylor, MD, MBA, FACLP, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Solace Health since January 2025, where the focus is on connecting patients with care advocates. Taylor holds an extensive background in psychiatry, including current positions as Assistant Professor and Instructor at Harvard Medical School and Attending Psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital since June 2009. Previous roles at Massachusetts General Hospital include Medical Director of the Urgent Care Psychiatry Clinic, Director of Outcomes Assessment for Population Health Management, and Co-chair of the MGH Psychiatry Grand Rounds, among others. Taylor's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Author Health and Humana, establishing innovative care models for behavioral health. Taylor's academic credentials include an MD from the Jacobs School of Medicine and an MBA from the University at Buffalo.
