Dima Dababneh

Dima Dababneh is a seasoned Software Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and delivering innovative technology solutions. Currently at Solace, Dima manages teams focused on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices, utilizing tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, and AWS. Previously at DigitalOcean, Dima oversaw teams developing cloud network infrastructure products and collaborated with stakeholders on critical initiatives. Dima's career began at Cisco, where leadership spanned full-stack development and network software projects. Academic achievements include an M.A.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carleton University and a Bachelor's in Communications Engineering from Princess Sumaya University for Technology.
