David Storey

David Storey is an accomplished Software Engineering Manager at Cyberhawk™ since January 2024, with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Previously, as People Lead at Rooser from March 2020 to December 2023, David implemented key initiatives including company policies, employee benefits, and a standardized onboarding process while supporting recruitment across multiple countries. Prior to Rooser, David served as Head of Development, overseeing engineering team growth and introducing career progression frameworks. David’s career also includes significant roles at AmazeRealise and Realise, where expertise in web development was honed, and early experience as a Technical Developer at BPP Learning Media involved supporting eLearning platforms. David's foundation in computer science was established at Heriot-Watt University, culminating in a BSc degree in 2004.
