Phil Fitzgerald

Phil FitzGerald is an experienced education and training professional with a strong background in designing and delivering educational programs across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Education at Solace since March 2022, Phil previously held the role of Data & Education Designer at CN, focusing on upskilling teams within the organization. As a co-founder of Compelling Message Intégral, Phil aided executives and authors in developing impactful presentations. Phil's earlier roles include Director of Learning and Development at Grass Valley, where a global design and delivery team was established, and Director Group Internal Training at Comverse, overseeing training initiatives for a large organization while generating significant revenue. Formal education includes a BA in Economics & Information from Leeds Beckett University.
