Mike Daly currently serves as the Regional Operations Manager at SolarTech, a position held since December 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Solar Project Manager at Sunline Energy from April 2019 to September 2024 and Founder/Talent Scout at AEC Scout from 2015 to April 2019, where expertise was focused on connecting companies with top talent in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction. Additionally, Mike held the position of Business Development Manager at Volt Engineering Resources from 2012 to 2014 and at Aerotek Engineering & Environmental from 1999 to 2010, as well as Account Manager at Ludus Tours from November 2011 to August 2012. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Eastern Illinois University from 1995 to 1999.
