Joyeta Samanta

Joyeta Samanta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and people operations. Currently serving as the Head of People Success at SolarWinds since March 2021, Joyeta oversees Global People Partners, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition & Branding, People Culture & Engagement, People Operations, and Program Management. Previously, Joyeta held the position of Head of Talent Success at Pulse Secure, where responsibilities included leading global talent initiatives across various domains and reporting directly to the CFO. Joyeta's career also encompasses roles in academia as a guest lecturer and teaching assistant, as well as internships and positions in marketing, business operations, and engineering. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and coursework in General Management at Stanford University.
