Lynne Sullivan

Lynne Sullivan is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Inozyme Pharma and Solid Biosciences, Lynne also holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at UNITY Biotechnology. Previous roles include Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at BiomX Inc, and Director and Audit Committee Chair at resTORbio. Lynne’s financial leadership experience encompasses significant roles at Biogen, where responsibilities included overseeing global Financial Planning and Analysis and Corporate Finance, and at Serono and Merck KGaA in various tax and finance capacities. Education includes a Master in Taxation from Bentley University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Suffolk University.
