Libby Erensen

Libby Erensen is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as SVP, People at Sollis Health and VP, People at Spring Health since August 2021. Previously, Libby held multiple roles at Oscar Health from November 2015 to August 2021, including Director and Associate Director of People Strategy. Libby began their career at NBCUniversal, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist and held various positions at Verizon Wireless, ranging from Human Resources Analyst to multiple internships focused on recruiting and HR business partnership. A graduate of Cornell University ILR School with a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Dickinson College, Libby has developed a strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational strategy.
