Jorge Negrete's work experience starts in 1989 as a Senior Software Developer at ISOLUX-WAT. Jorge then worked as a Sales Manager at Eliop from 1990 to 1993. From 1993 to 1998, they were the Data Services Marketing Manager at BT Spain. In 1998, they co-founded Comunitel, where they served as the Marketing, Services, and Business Development Director until 2001. During this time, they helped grow the company's customer base to over 50,000 business customers and developed various processes and services. Jorge also served as a Board Member at Fonocom and Mundofree from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Jorge worked as the Marketing, Services, and Business Development Director at Cable & Wireless Spain, responsible for managing marketing and business development in a Full Service Provider. At Microsoft, their roles included Marketing and Business Development Director for the Business Group IW, Solutions Sales Director for Microsoft Dynamics, and Marketing & Business Development Director for Microsoft Dynamics. Jorge led strategic projects, managed sales and presales teams, and focused on go-to-market strategies, marketing, and cloud transformation. Jorge joined S4G Consulting in 2014 and initially served as the Chief Sales Officer before becoming a Partner. Additionally, they worked as a Professor at EAE Business School from 2014 to 2017.

Jorge Negrete completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, spanning from 1980 to 1986. Subsequently, from 1989 to 1990, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at IE Business School. Their academic journey continued with a Research Doctorate in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations, General at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, from 2010 to 2014.
