Alden Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and marketing. Currently serving as the Sr. Account Director and Social Media/Insights Manager at Solutions Review since July 2018, Alden is responsible for integrating a new Community Platform and ensuring an engaging user experience. Previous roles include Lead Evaluation Coordinator at City Year, where Alden evaluated team performance and supported middle school students, and Marketing Strategist and Store Manager at Aqua World Aquarium, focusing on business development and staff training. Additional experience includes marketing support at C-4 Analytics, LLC, and a supervisory role at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Alden holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication, as well as Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
