Richard Carpentier has extensive experience in the field of technical management and operations, currently serving as Field Technical Manager at SOLV Energy since November 2021, where Richard provides technical support, training, and development for field technicians. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Swinerton from March 2013 to November 2021 in various capacities including Field Technical Manager, Regional Lead, and Assistant Superintendent SRE O&M, overseeing operations and maintenance for a significant portfolio of PV solar plants across multiple states. Richard's background also includes serving as Assistant Shop Manager at J&A Manufacturing, managing heavy equipment operations in the agricultural sector, and as Manager/Partner at Starks & Sons Dairy, where Richard coordinated daily production operations. Richard began a career in the construction industry as a laborer with Swinerton Builders. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the UNM Anderson School of Management and an Associate of Arts from Chaffey College.
