Korina Sanchez is a legal and entrepreneurial professional currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Legal Officer at SOLX and Vice President and General Counsel at Third Coast Hospitality. Korina has extensive experience in corporate law, including roles as General Counsel at Samco Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included drafting corporate governance documents and conducting legal research, and as Senior Counsel at Tristan & Cervantes. Korina co-founded Great Lakes Solex, focusing on sustainable energy solutions, and superhUe, a CBD beverage line. Previous positions include Associate Attorney roles that involved corporate transactions and medical malpractice defense, along with co-founding 4 Rebels Vodka, a gluten-free spirits company. Korina holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
