Katherin Paola Joven Rincon has worked for three companies since 2013. Katherin Paola began their career at the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia as a Coordinadora, Jefe Gestión Humana, Profesora Catedrática, Coordinadora de Protección Social y Extensión, Analista de Selección de Personal, Especialista de Selección (Encargo Laboral) and Psicóloga de Selección. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Asesoria Organizacional y Psicologia Clínica as a Psicóloga Clínica y Consultora Laboral. Currently, they are the Head of People at Somos Internet.
Katherin Paola Joven Rincon's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNIMINUTO Colombia (2010-2014), a Master's degree in Management of Organizations from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia (2014-2016), a Diploma in Education by Competencies from Universidad de Antioquia (2017), a Specialization in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Católica de Pereira (2020-2021), and a Transformative Leadership certification from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia (2017-2018).
