Michael Verrigni

Michael Verrigni serves as the Director of Leadership Development and Training at Sonic Automotive, a position held since May 2018, following roles such as Training Director and National Training Manager within the same organization. Notable achievements include being part of the One Sonic One Experience National Implementation Team and converting multiple stores to a new sales process while enhancing training materials recognized globally for excellence. Prior experience includes leading operations at Banfield Pet Hospital and extensive strategic pricing and sales training roles at UPS, where significant revenue growth was achieved.
