Nicholas Laude is an experienced professional in analytical chemistry and toxicology, currently serving as the Scientific Director at Sonic Reference Laboratory since June 2024. Prior to this, Laude held the position of Director of Analytical Chemistry & Toxicology at Genotox Laboratories for nine years, where leadership involved managing a team focused on high-quality diagnostic testing using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Additional roles at Genotox Laboratories included Chief Compliance Officer, where oversight of compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements was ensured, and Senior Scientist, where advancements in personalized medicine were prioritized. Earlier career experiences include research roles at the University of Arizona, specializing in analytical techniques in chemical neuroscience, and an interim laboratory coordinator position at the University of Texas at Austin, where undergraduate analytical curricula were managed. Nicholas Laude holds a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Arizona and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.
