As Principal Consultant at XL Endeavors, LLC, Charles empowers individuals impacted by incarceration through educational initiatives and community support. With a rich background in the arts, Charles also acts as A&R Director and Performing Artist, leveraging platforms to inspire and mentor youth. Formerly a Chaplain Supervisor for the New Jersey Department of Corrections, Charles has extensive experience in providing religious services and life management training.
