Caron Hughes

Caron Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing operations and career coaching. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at SonicWall Inc. since April 2018, Caron also operates COACH CARON, providing career transition coaching since 2006 to individuals seeking new job opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Career Management Consultant at Right Management, where one-on-one career management consulting was offered, and as Co-Chair of the Mentor/Protégé Program at the American Marketing Association, DFW, where Caron guided young marketers through career planning and networking. Additionally, Caron founded a career ministry at Christ Church Plano, developing and facilitating a program that supported over 250 participants in their job search efforts. Caron holds a BSBA in Marketing and Advertising from Central Michigan University and completed training at the Career Coach Institute.
