Joy Thomas

Joy Thomas currently serves as the Executive Director of Innovation at Sony Pictures Entertainment, a position held since 2025. Prior experience includes serving on the Technology Advisory Council at SteelSky Ventures from 2021 to 2025, and working as a Strategy & Technology Managing Director at Accenture from 2017 until December 2022.
