Matthew Ritchie

Matthew Ritchie is a seasoned technology professional with over 19 years of experience in IT solutions and support. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Sophos since June 2021, Matthew previously held the position of Systems Engineer at Computer Network Services from February 2012 to June 2021, where responsibilities included 24/7 support services, security analysis, and system documentation. Prior to that, Matthew worked as an I.T Consultant at Xennix for eight years, focusing on client consultations and the design and implementation of network, server, and software solutions tailored to business needs. Matthew earned an Associate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2002.
