Nan Wang has worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2015. Nan began their career at IT Consultis as an HR Manager & Project Manager, where they determined talent development and retention plans for all staff. Nan also owned a key hiring project for a 15-person startup team in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam and Singapore, which grew into a 60+ person international organization with 12 nationalities. In 2017, they joined EF Education First as a Product Marketing Manager, where they launched EF Smart English App online-sales project with the contribution of 5.5 million revenue from zero. Nan was also responsible for ASO and implemented the iOS and Android app stores launch with the overall app rating at 4.8. In 2021, Nan Wang started working at Little Red Book as a Brand Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for Xiaohongshu integrated innovative IP projects from scratch. Nan developed and implemented insights-led campaigns and communications, which created revenue CNY 50 millions+ in total with 150 millions+ impressions per each project. Finally, in 2022, Nan Wang joined Soul App as a Brand Manager.

Nan Wang holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Suzhou University of Science and Technology.
