Thomas Middleton

Thomas Middleton currently serves as a Senior FP&A and Financial Systems Analyst at Sound Transit, where responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting and managing the use of Prophix for financial planning and analysis. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions in various organizations, including Senior Finance Analyst for the City of Seattle, overseeing budget development for the Office of Economic Development, and Economic Empowerment Specialist with World Relief Seattle, assisting refugee and immigrant entrepreneurs. Thomas also worked as a Senior Budget Analyst for the Ohio Legislative Service Commission, analyzing fiscal impacts of legislation, and held research-focused roles with the Kentucky Commercial Mobile Radio Service Board and the Kentucky Legislative Research Commission.
