Tamura Davis

Tamura Davis currently serves as Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at SoundCloud, where responsibility includes supporting Diversity Resource Groups, managing partnerships with DEI vendors, and developing customized workshops to address cultural learning needs. Previously, at Business Talent Group, Tamura created and led the Diversity & Inclusion role, implemented a D&I strategy, and oversaw various talent solutions roles, contributing to major organizational culture changes. Tamura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and participated in the Riordan MBA Fellows program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
