Jack Jia-Sheng Huang is an experienced professional in the field of photonics and semiconductor technologies. Currently serving as General Manager at Source Photonics since September 2015, Jack focuses on wafer fab new product introduction, yield improvement, and production ramp-up. Prior to this role, Jack held positions as a Senior R&D Scientist and R&D Technical Manager at Emcore, specializing in laser process development and device characterization. Jack's technical expertise includes advanced photonics devices and reliability studies for high-speed transceivers. Earlier career experiences include significant contributions at Agere Systems and Bell Labs, where Jack worked on laser die development and reliability testing for various electronic chips. Jack earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from National Taiwan University.
