Jill Johnson

Jill Johnson possesses extensive experience in leadership and financial management within the corporate sector, particularly in the areas of product development and operations. Currently serving as Vice President at SourceAmerica since October 2005, Jill has held several key positions, including Executive Director of Products and Deputy Director of Products, overseeing a business unit responsible for generating over $600 million in sales and $19 million in profit, while managing a team of 40. Prior to this, Jill was the Director of Cosmetic Operations at May Company - Hechts, where financial activities across 85 department stores were managed, including significant advertising and staffing budgets. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, earned between 1979 and 1983.
