Sarah Tinsley

Sarah Tinsley currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Southern Cross Austereo, a position held since January 2025. In addition to this role, Sarah is an Advisory Board Member at Tyalla Capital and a Non-Executive Director at HelpPay, both starting in April 2024 and April 2023, respectively. Sarah has also been active in advisory roles with Broad Radio, Kaleida, and Zitcha, as well as serving on the Regulatory Committee of the Tech Council of Australia since July 2021. Previous experience includes General Counsel and Company Secretary at Culture Amp until May 2025 and membership on the School Council and as a Non-Executive Director at Korowa Anglican Girls'​ School until June 2024. Educational background includes a BA(hons)/LLB from Monash University, a brief study at Boston College Law School, and qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
