Richard Johnson has over a decade of culinary experience, currently serving as a Line Cook at Southminster since January 2017. Previously, Richard worked as a Bakery Assistant at Carolina Artisan Bread from April 2015 to December 2016, where responsibilities included the production of bread products and managing distribution timelines. A Culinary Intern at Walt Disney World for a brief period in 2014, Richard maintained station on line service and monitored inventory levels. Richard also gained experience as a First Line Manager at Tawas Bay Beach Resort from June 2010 to August 2012, overseeing deliveries and kitchen preparations. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed between 2012 and 2017. Education was initiated at Whittemore Prescott Area Schools, culminating in general education in 2009.
