Brad Molen has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Brad began their career as an Engineer at Procter & Gamble, where they gained experience in network operations and led a team as the Infrastructure Team Leader. In 2001, they joined Southwest Solutions Group, holding various roles including Vice President of Operations, Director of Technology and Human Resources, and Facilities/Infrastructure Manager. Throughout their time at Southwest Solutions Group, they focused on operational excellence, system implementation and maintenance, as well as overseeing facilities and infrastructure. In 2005, they briefly served as the IT Director at Hope Fellowship Church.
Brad Molen attended Kent State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Technology/Technician.

Southwest Solutions Group began in Dallas in 1969 – our goal, to become the very best in High-Density Shelving solutions.
