Nicola Tatham

Nicola Tatham CPsychol AFBPsS is an experienced occupational psychologist with a diverse background in product development and psychotherapy. Currently serving as Chief IO Psychologist and Director of Product Solutions at Sova Assessment since September 2018, Nicola leads a team focused on advancing assessment through technology. Additionally, Nicola has maintained a private practice as a psychotherapist in Derbyshire since November 2017, employing an integrative approach to support clients. Previously, Nicola provided consultancy services as a self-employed chartered psychologist and held leadership positions at Talent Q, Tatham Consulting, and SHL Group plc, among other roles in both military and police psychology. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Hull.
