Eric Arca

Born and raised in Ohio, Eric now lives in Arkansas with his wife Melisa with the goal of settling down and starting a family. While in Ohio, he spent 3 years in the finance industry at an advisor firm assisting in operations and servicing client accounts. Eric came to Sowell Management in 2025 where he works as a Solutions Consultant and Transition Specialist.

Eric graduated Summa Cum Laude from Shawnee State University in Portsmouth Ohio with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a focus on Management. Along the way, he also obtained a minor in Entrepreneurism and an Associate’s degree in Studio Arts. Most of Eric’s professional life has been in service starting at university where he was involved in Student Government, serving as President, and also in Residence Life, serving as a Resident Assistant.

Eric enjoys spending time at the lake, learning new things, doodling, going to museums, and relaxing at home with his wife and cat Ollie. He and his wife recently started following Formula One Racing and hopes to travel to a race soon. He is looking forward to the opportunity to meet new advisors and assist them on their journey towards professional independence.
