(SPA) provides timely and objective analysis and integrated technical, operational, programmatic, policy, and business solutions in support of important national security objectives. SPA was founded in 1972 with three employees working primarily with the U.S. Navy, leading major technical support programs for the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
