Tito Chinyavong

Tito Chinyavong has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Tito is currently working as an Enterprise Security Architect at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at The Joint Staff, including Division Chief for Cybersecurity, Digital Modernization, and CIO Governance, where they led initiatives for digital modernization and AI-enabled capabilities. Tito also served as the C4 Plans and Integration Division Chief, overseeing global integrated operations and joint force readiness.

Before joining The Joint Staff, Tito worked as the CABLES Chief and Senior Managing Director at the Secretary of Defense Communications. In this role, they led a team in delivering communications and information management services to support the Secretary of Defense's command and control responsibilities.

Tito's previous work experience includes serving as the Assistant Chief of Staff for C4I and Managing Director at Carrier Strike Group TEN, where they were responsible for training and readiness of maritime units and aviation squadrons. Tito also worked as the Deputy Chief Information and Technology Officer and Program Manager at United States Forces Korea (USFK), managing joint and coalition C4 program initiatives.

In addition, Tito has served in various roles on naval vessels, including Combat Systems Officer and Information Assurance Manager on USS INDEPENDENCE (LCS 2) Blue Crew, C4 Requirements Branch Chief and Program Manager at Commander Naval Forces Europe, and Main Propulsion Assistant and Team Supervisor on USS FREDERICK (LST 1184) and USS ANZIO (CG 68).

Tito Chinyavong has a diverse education background, with a focus on military strategy, defense studies, information systems, and nuclear engineering. Tito holds a Master of Science degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. Additionally, Tito has earned a Master of Arts degree in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. Furthermore, Tito has obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems, General from the University of Phoenix. Lastly, Tito earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State University.
