Kali Wilson Beyah

Kali Wilson Beyah serves as the Chief People Officer at Spanx since August 2024, following a key role as the Chief People and Brand Officer at Evolent from September 2022 to August 2024. Previously, Kali was the Chief People Officer at Huge, managing the HR and Talent function across 13 global offices from March 2021 to September 2022. Prior to Huge, Kali led global talent management and acquisition for Delta Air Lines, overseeing strategies for a workforce of 90,000 employees, and acted as a partner to executive leadership on organizational development. Kali also held various legal roles at Delta Air Lines, including Assistant General Counsel, along with positions at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Powell Goldstein. Kali holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida A&M University.
