Mollie M. has extensive work experience in the advertising and media industry. Mollie began their career at Disney Consumer Products as an HR Intern, where they managed day-to-day HR activities and provided support to over 300 employees. In 2005, they joined OMD as an Assistant Negotiator, monitoring TV and radio schedules and working on national campaigns. Mollie later became a Negotiator, successfully maintaining budget restrictions and mentoring junior buyers. From 2009 to 2013, they served as a Supervisor & Senior Negotiator, overseeing local TV and radio activity for major clients. In 2013, Mollie joined Spark Foundry, first as an Associate Director and worked their way up to VP Director and eventually SVP Client Lead. Their roles at Spark Foundry involved leading client accounts and directing local activation strategies. Mollie has a strong background in media planning, negotiation, and client management.
