Jocelyn R. is the current Managing Director at Sparkhound, assuming the role in January 2021. Prior to this position, Jocelyn held various leadership roles at Wood where Jocelyn worked from 2006 to December 2020. With an educational background in Business Administration and Management from Mississippi College, Jocelyn has gained extensive experience in operations, delivery assurance, continuous improvement, and IT systems management throughout their career. Their previous roles include Vice President of Administration, Director of Delivery Excellence, Global IT Director Systems, Global Program Manager, and Software Development Manager. Jocelyn also has experience in Accounting and Operations Management from their time at Time Warner Cable and Saks Fifth Avenue.
