Pieter Vriens

Pieter Vriens is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate at SparkOptimus since November 2022. Previously, Pieter worked as a Financial Data Analyst at BridgeFund from May 2021 to July 2022 and contributed as a Committee Member for the Financial Markets Tour (FMT), a recruitment event for Engineering and Quantitative Finance students, from October 2020 to September 2021. Additional experience includes a Capital Management Internship at Kempen Capital Management, a Private Equity Internship at Victus Participations, known for its investments in the Food & Agri sector, and a Financial Risk Internship at De Nederlandsche Bank. Earlier in their career, Pieter was a Tutor at AFTER'S COOL. Pieter holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance from Erasmus School of Economics, completed between 2020 and 2022, and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution, following secondary education at St. Ignatius gymnasium.
