Steven Koolen

Steven Koolen is a Partner at SparkOptimus, a leading digital strategy consultancy in Europe, since December 2013. In addition to this role, Steven has been a Senior Manager and Guest Lecturer at INSEAD since February 2020, specializing in digital transformation and innovation. Previous experience includes positions at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and Fellow in the Business Technology Office, as well as founding Treelz and serving as a sail instructor and head of a sailing camp at Vinea Friesland. Steven's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD, an MScBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
