Vanessa M. is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sparks since July 2021, Vanessa previously held the role of Director of HR Services at Purdue University Fort Wayne from 2015 to July 2021. Prior to that, Vanessa worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Select Specialty Hospital and held multiple positions at Allen County Government, including Risk Manager and Human Resources Manager.
