Peter Counts

Peter Counts is an experienced professional in risk management and fraud analytics, currently serving as the Manager of Fraud at Sparrow since November 2023. Previously, Peter held various positions at Credit One Bank from March 2020 to November 2023, including Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager in Risk Modeling. Additionally, Peter has experience in academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from August 2016 to July 2021. Earlier roles include Manager of Fraud Analytics at MGM Resorts International and Fraud Risk Analyst II at Credit One Bank. Peter started their career as a Data Analyst at the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies. Peter holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Riverside.
