Mike Douglas

Mike Douglas has over 15 years of experience in business continuity management, crisis management, cybersecurity, and risk mitigation. Mike has held roles at E*TRADE Financial, Equifax, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President at Ameris Bank, where they oversee IT enterprise risk management and business continuity. In their previous positions, they led global crisis management programs, developed business continuity plans, and managed incident response teams. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in maximizing value, ROI, and effectiveness in corporate IT and security processes.

Mike Douglas has a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Georgia - Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. Mike also holds a Master of Education in Science Education from UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education. In addition, Mike has completed various certifications in information security, including a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). Mike has also pursued further education in management and incident response through programs at Georgia Institute of Technology and InfoSec Institute, respectively.
