Emma Ellis

Emma Ellis has extensive experience in engagement and human resources, currently serving as Head of Engagement at Sparta Global since April 2021, after progressing through roles including Engagement Lead and Senior Engagement Consultant. Prior to this, Emma held the position of People Performance Manager at British Airways from September 2008 to January 2021, and before that, worked at Virgin Atlantic in various roles including Senior Operations Manager, Human Resources Advisor, and Sales Team Lead from April 1998 to May 2008. Emma is also well-educated in human resources, holding a CIPD Level 5 and Level 3 from ICS Learn, along with qualifications from Northbrook College and Durrington High School.
