Seth leads pre-development at Specialized, spearheading the site selection, negotiation, contracting, rezoning, and city approval phases of their developments. He has negotiated several complex multi-parcel assemblages in prime infill locations. Seth is a licensed broker and has been active in Northwest Arkansas real estate since 1994. The company he founded in 1998 has grown into a Specialized Real Estate Group. He serves on the Arkansas Development Finance Authority Board of Directors.
