Justin Suarez

Justin Suarez serves as the Associate Chief of Staff at Specialized Bicycle Components, leading strategic initiatives and overseeing over 150 technical teammates globally. Previously, Justin was an Executive Assistant to the Head of Bike + Engineering and has extensive entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Designer of Brilliant Peach, a design studio focused on branding and web design. Justin's career also includes roles in project management and executive support, notably at Jas. D. Easton, where responsibilities encompassed complex scheduling, stakeholder communication, and event management. Justin has additional experience in design for EclipseOverAmerica LLC and service roles in the hospitality and education sectors. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from the University of Utah.
