Kristine Guthrie, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has diverse work experience in human resources. Kristine currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Specialty Product Technologies, a Fortive Company, since July 2016. Prior to this, Kristine worked for Danaher as the Director of Human Resources from August 2011 to July 2016. Kristine also served as the HR Manager at Coty Beauty from February 2003 to August 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Operations Manager at Youngblood Staffing from October 1999 to February 2003.
Kristine Guthrie, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Campbell University. Kristine later pursued their Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Western Carolina University. In December 2015, Kristine obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
